OPG Registration Fee: £92 per LPA is required by the Office of the Public Guardian. For Tier 1 & 2, you pay this directly to the OPG when registering your LPA. For Tier 3 (Fully Managed), the OPG fee is included and we handle the entire registration process for you.

What is the difference between the three tiers?
The Digital Only tier gives you access to our online form wizard so you can create your LPA yourself. The Print & Check tier adds professional legal checking, printing, tracked delivery, and a free Will. The Fully Managed tier includes everything plus we handle the entire OPG registration process for you.
What is the OPG registration fee?
The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) charges £92 per LPA document to register it. This is a government fee that applies to all LPAs, regardless of which tier you choose. The fee is paid when you submit your LPA for registration.
Can I upgrade my tier after purchase?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier before your LPA is registered. Contact our support team and we'll arrange the upgrade for you, charging only the difference in price.
How do I claim my free Will?
If you select the Print & Check or Fully Managed tier, you'll receive access to create a free single Will after completing your LPA purchase. You can upgrade to Mirror Wills for just £49.99 more.
