Pricing FAQs
What's included in the price?
Our prices include everything you need: the guided questionnaire, your legally valid document, signing instructions, and customer support. For LPAs, we also include pre-filled OPG registration forms and step-by-step registration guidance.
What is the OPG fee?
The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) charges £92 to register each LPA. This is a government fee that everyone must pay, regardless of whether you use Keystone Estate Planning, a solicitor, or do it yourself. This fee goes directly to the OPG, not to us.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a full refund before downloading your document. Once you've downloaded your document, we cannot offer a refund as the service has been provided. OPG registration fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Are there any additional costs?
The only optional extra is our postal service (£15) which handles printing, collating, and posting your LPA to the OPG. Will updates cost £25 each. Otherwise, there are no hidden fees or additional charges.
